Tina,
For the past three or four days I have been trying to catch up on doing
some things that I have fallen behind on, and it's taking me longer than I anticipated.
Consequently, I have not been able to do any work on your suggestion
that I look through the list you gave me of law firms in the Republic of
Ireland, for the purpose of finding a
new law firm to represent me in the Republic of Ireland.
I now plan to spent most of this coming Monday and Tuesday looking into,
and deciding, about how I might best deal with the fact that I still
have not received and reply of any kind from anybody at Patrick Hogan &
Co (Republic of Ireland law firm based in Ballinasloe, County Galway) to
the letter I sent to them through the registered post on October 12th
2020; and, I plan to contact you again this coming Wednesday (i.e.
February 17th), to let you know what I have decided. A scanned copy of
the October 12th 2020 letter in question, together with scanned copies
of the associated Royal Mail Post Office receipt, and of the Royal Mail
"Proof of Delivery" note, can all be viewed at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/12October2020/Gmail.html
I have long wondered if it can be lawful for law firms to ignore letters of
the October 12th 2020 kind, in the way that Patrick Hogan & Co appear
to me to be
doing? Please know that the deeds of my home in County Galway have been
lodged with Patrick Hogan & Co since the 1980s.
There is a similar problem of course with Hayes Solicitors in Dublin,
involving registered letters I sent to them on August 29th 2019, and
November 16th 2020. More on this can be found in the copy of my most recent
registered letter (dated February 1st 2021) to Hayes Solicitors at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HayesSolicitorsDublin/1February2021/RegisteredLetter.htm
Provided you consider it appropriate, I would greatly appreciate it if you
could please enquire -- on my behalf -- from the Belfast Law Centre,
and/or MSM Law (Belfast law firm), regarding the legality of the inaction of the law firms
who appear to be completely ignoring registered letters I have sent to
them, as outlined above. "Duty of Care" wrongdoing-type-legal-issues (which can include the
crime of
"criminal negligence" as far as I know), must surely
come into this? Especially when it is the case that I have been
suffering, continuously, from Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
since around Year 2000?
Lastly, I hurriedly posted some information on FACEBOOK yesterday,
which is contained in the main part of the post at the FB www address
provided below, and in the three comments of mine attached to it. The thought has crossed my mind that the overall contents of the post
(which features Republic of Ireland MEP Clare Daly) might, especially if added to
the list of difficulties I have set out in my registered letter to consultant
psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell dated November 3rd 2018, provide you
with an improved "overall view" of the "bigger picture", as it relates to some
of the several kinds of
"wrongdoing" (as I see it) at the
hands of
"individuals and public officials and bodies", which has resulted in I becoming saddled with Complex-Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder (for the past 21 years or so):
as clearly stated by
my former GP Dr Michael McCavert in his To Whom It May Concern letter dated October 28th 2005. Please find the www
address for yesterday's FACEBOOK post of mine just below.
