Thanks for contacting Phoenix Law on my behalf, and for letting me know that they are unable to assist me at the present time.

In connection with earlier phone conversations between you and me, and assuming I understood what you were proposing on behalf of Tina correctly, I would like to take this opportunity to confirm that I think it would be a good idea for Tina to write to Belfast District Court before May 18th (the date of the hearing) regarding her efforts, and that of her Team, to help me (since last August). I also believe it might help if she copied any such letter she writes to the Belfast District Court to Babingtons Solicitors, and to myself.

Also, and just to let you know, I have not heard anything from Housing Rights regarding the review of my case which I understood they were going to undertake, after I spoke on the phone to a man named Tony on Tuesday April 27th. Additional information on this subject can be viewed at:
