As you probably already know, I have related parts of the information
below to Briana and Ann Flanagan (Community Psychiatric Nurse) during
conversations I have recently had with them.
1) I spoke -- via Facebook's Messenger Phone Service -- last
Friday evening (Saturday morning in Melbourne) with my daughter Siobhan,
and she seems happy for you to email her. I explained to her that it was
simply for the purpose of you establishing contact between yourself and her,
in the same way that you have already done with my brother Gerald some
weeks ago.
2) For a number of reasons, I have not yet chosen a law firm in
the Republic of Ireland from the list you have kindly provided me with
last week;
and, one of the reasons for this is that I believe it may be extremely difficult
(i.e. close to impossible, at the present time at least) for me -- or
for anybody else -- to find a law firm in the Republic of Ireland that
genuinely supports Human Rights Law, and Constitutional Law (in
meaningful ways): which is what I believe I absolutely must have, if I
am ever to be able to return safely to the Republic of Ireland again.
When it comes to dealing with legal problems connected with wrongdoing
at the hands
"of individuals and public officials and bodies"
(the words of my former GP, Dr Michael McCavert, please see
the attachment below), I have found the legal profession in the Republic to
be extremely corrupt. Nevertheless, and despite this, I plan to pick a
law firm in the Republic of Ireland within the coming few days, and I
hope to be able to provide you with the name I decide to select on or before this
coming Friday.

Although I have never met Mr Manning, and have never spoken to him on
the phone or anything of that sort, I have read many publications of his
on social media over the past several years, and I believe him to be
a very capable person of high integrity: who also seems to me be
unusually passionate, and tenacious, about trying to "do something" (of real significance) about the corruption problems in the Republic of Ireland,
and to do it exclusively by peaceful and lawful means, regarding the many dreadful
forms of corruption in and around the Republic of Ireland's present and more recent Governments.
3) Regarding the Hayes Solicitor's Dublin High Court litigation matter, please know
that a copy of the Facebook Post -- titled
"GREED is their God" --
which lays at the heart of this issue, can be viewed at:

The fact that Facebook have still not removed the post at the www
location immediately above suggests (to me at least) that Facebook
believe it is in the public interest to have it there, and that they
also believe they have little to fear regarding the Hayes Solicitors litigation
in question (which
includes Facebook of course, as well as myself and two others).
As I believe -- correctly or otherwise -- that it is in my best
interests to try to ensure that as many people as possible get to know
about my Hayes Solicitors litigation situation, for the purpose of
trying to prevent the ever present "cover up tactics" to some extent, and similarly with all of the many other other forms of Republic of Ireland legal
profession skulduggery, I have posted a number of Facebook posts in

4) I have heard nothing at all from Babington Solicitors
regarding the Radius Housing Association eviction threat, in response to
my registered letter to Babingtons Solicitors dated January 20th 2021, a

Solicitors, and Radius Housing Association, just
might
be "skating on thin ice"? Should you consider it appropriate, I would

yesterday, I understand that the arrangements Briana
recently made for me to attend my doctor's surgery (Dr David Cheyne GP)
for various tests on February 12th at 9 am will be re-scheduled to
sometime in March.
