I was
very surprised to learn (from you) that the
Northern
Ireland Housing Executive have now
"repossessed
the (Greencastle) property" (on June 15th 2009), and
that all of my
personal belongings which were located
there
"have been removed for safe storage".
My understanding was that the
NIHE was willing to allow
me to
personally remove my belongings in the way
I outlined in the registered letter I sent to
Ivan
Armstrong (Omagh Housing Executive District Manager) on
June 5th 2009 -- and which he has actually acknowledged
receipt of in a letter he sent to me dated
June 8th
2009. A copy of my June 5th 2009 letter to Mr
Armstrong (together with the associated Post Office receipt)

I note
that you have
"witnessed" the removal of my
belongings last Monday (i.e. June 15th 2009), and I would be
very grateful to you if you could please confirm that the
several plastic containers containing written records
of mine, which I had stored on temporary flooring I had placed
in the
attic of the Greencastle residence, are
among the items that were
"removed for safe
storage" last Monday?
Among other things, the
written records I refer to above contain the original
Post
Office receipts for almost all of the letters I sent
through the registered post during the period of several years
that I spent living --
in forced-exile please
note -- in
Northern Ireland
(i.e. between 2004 and 2008).
With reference to the
laptop computer (and the associated power supply unit)
belonging to me that the Omagh Police are at present holding,
I note that in your
"conversation with them" the
PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland) have informed
you it is simply a matter of I
"arranging collection of
same (from Omagh Police Station) at time and a date"
convenient to me.
Please note that as a consequence
of
major unresolved concerns I have relating to
several issues, which include
bullying
and
impunity, I do not feel at
all safe about going to Omagh Police Station at the present
time; and, that being the case,
I would be very grateful if
you could please try to arrange (on my behalf) for the Omagh
Police to return the two computer items in question to me by
courier service via my brother's address in County
Galway. Please note that the Omagh Police should already
have the necessary address information in question, because I
added it (by hand) on the printed version of the e-mail letter
I sent to
Chief Inspector Michael Winters through the
registered post on
June 6th 2009. A copy of the letter
in question, together with a scanned copy of the associated
Post Office receipt, can be viewed at

also note that, if necessary, I am willing to pay all
reasonable costs for the courier service I am hereby

As I believe I pointed out to you while I
was living in Northern Ireland, the best explanation I have so
far come across for the set of
C-PTSD (Complex-Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder) injuries I am at present suffering
from is contained in parts of the literature produced by the

In my
case of course the "bullies" in question appear as
"Super Bullies" of a
very
special kind: i.e.
"individuals and public
officials and bodies" (Dr Michael Mc Cavert's words from

unique, privileged, and protected position whereby they can
abuse the law to bully and otherwise damage
people in a huge range of ways (for their own advantage), and

away with all of their crimes. As you will no doubt already
know, bullying of this particular kind is normally referred to
as "
tyranny" in political terms; and, as I feel sure
you will also know, people like former
US President Thomas
Jefferson had plenty to say regarding the subject of
"tyranny" -- and its
socially disastrous
consequences -- as can easily be observed via the

not wish to discuss any of my
present difficulties with anybody on the telephone, and that
nether do I wish for any members of my family to be contacted
by telephone regarding any of them. Correctly or otherwise, it
appears to me that many such phone calls are being
inappropriately used to avoid tackling extremely important
social issues which, at the present time, are
desperately in need of being
openly and
honestly faced-up to, and dealt with in a responsible
manner through a justice system of the kind which can be seen
to be just.
