Dear
Gerry, Thank you for your e-mail
dated December 5th 2008.
With reference to
your query regarding my tenancy of the house in
Greencastle (County Tyrone), please note that I have
kept up the payments to the
Housing Executive (in
Omagh), and that I would very much like to be able to return
to the house in question: if I could do so safely that is, and
not least because a lot of my personal belongings are at the
present time located there.
However, I fear
that if I do return to the house in Greencastle, the
Northern Ireland Police will suddenly reappear with
machine guns as they did on Sunday
August 31st 2008:
which is what they informed me (on August 31st) they intended
to do -- if I did not meet their demands regarding the meeting
they wished me to attend on a "voluntary" basis at 1400 hours
in
Omagh Police Station on September 1st 2008: which I
very deliberately avoided attending, because of fears for my
safety.
As I have not heard anything at all
since from the Northern Ireland Police, despite copying
several e-mails to them since August 31st (as can be seen from
the list at
www.humanrightsireland.com), I
assume they still intend to do what they said they
would: i.e. send police officers armed with machine guns
to the house in Greencastle to arrest
me.
Please note that as I have already
indicated to you (and to the Northern Ireland Police), I have
most definitely never planned to commit any crime in Northern
Ireland, that I never intended to commit any crime in Northern
Ireland, and -- in so far as I am aware -- that I never
actually did commit any crime in Northern
Ireland.
Consequently, I am still
completely in the dark with regard to the real purpose of the
police "machine-gun visit" on August 31st last -- having
due regard for the contents of my letter dated
June 2nd
2008 to
Chief Inspector Michael Winters, which he
acknowledged receipt of in an e-mail he sent to me on
June 6th 2008.

mentioned to you on several occasions, and as the
Omagh
& Fermanagh Hospital records should readily show, it
is also of course the case that I asked the Northern Ireland
Police to come and see me at the hospital (via members of the
hospital staff) shortly after being informed on
December
13th 2004 that
Dr Thomas Foster (Consultant
Psychiatrist) was going to have me thrown out of the
hospital in what appeared to me to be a straightforward
violation of
Article 14 (1) of the
United Nations Universal Deceleration of Human
Rights,
which as you will know reads as
follows:
"Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in
other countries asylum from persecution".

As the Omagh &
Fermanagh Hospital records should also show, the ward sister
advised me early on the morning of
December 14th 2004
that she had made a number of attempts by telephone during the
night to try and persuade the
Omagh Police that they
should come and see me: but, that for reasons best known to
themselves they absolutely refused to do so. The ward sister
in question, who was accompanied by a male colleague, seemed
to make no attempt to disguise the fact that she was shocked
and dismayed by the way Dr Foster and the Omagh Police were
treating me. (As you know, only days earlier I had been
admitted to hospital because a number of Omagh based health
care professionals believed I was in a suicidal state of mind,
and Dr Foster had not of course provided me with any
medical treatment.)
As I believe I
have also mentioned to you on a number of occasions, my
difficulties with the
UK Police date back to
2002 in fact. Thanks to the way the
London
Metropolitan Police eventually denied receiving
CDs
I sent to them through the registered post -- which they had
initially acknowledged receipt of please note -- the
Royal
Mail finally refused to pay me the
£10,000 pounds
insurance money I was due (in the event of genuine failure to
deliver), because they were in a position to provide evidence
that the registered packet in question had been successfully
delivered by them to the London Metropolitan Police, and that
the London Metropolitan Police had in fact signed for
it.
As I believe I have also related to
you, I tried to get help at the time from former
UK Prime
Minister Tony Blair regarding my particular set of legal
difficulties (as they were at that time, and which included
the above-mentioned London Metropolitan Police matter); plus,
in addition, I also tried to get help from Mr Blair's
wife, who at the time was being described in sections of the
media as "leading human rights lawyer

QC".

to Mr & Mrs Tony Blair (both dated
December 21st
2002), and the associated Post Office receipts connected
with printed and signed copies of the e-mails in question sent

CD evidence I sent earlier to

above-mentioned letter I sent to her through the registered
post.

As you may have observed
(via the Internet address just above),
UK MEP Mr Ashley
Mote has very publicly referred to the above mentioned
"Global Security Fund" in the
European Parliament as a
"slush fund", and there are numerous reports on the
Internet, such as the one at

htm for example, which describe the fund along the
following lines:
"In simple terms, it's
a gigantic illegal trust fund, estimated by undercover
overseas financial investigators at 65 trillion US dollars,
set-up for 'Illuminati rainy days' and established for when it
is desperately needed in a pinch for bribery, assassinations
and sponsoring world wide terrorist
activities."
"Equipped
with such limitless resources, the directors of the New
Underworld Order have now amassed sufficient finance to
bribe
every leader, ruler, policymaker, intelligence operative and
political figure worldwide, for the rest of this century (i.e.
the present one), in pursuit of their
aims."
Part of Mr Ashley Mote's
address to the European Parliament was as
follows:
"Mr President, I wish to
draw your attention to the Global Security Fund, set up in the

This is a Brussels-based fund and it is no ordinary fund: it
does not trade, it is not listed and it has a totally
different purpose. It is being used for geopolitical

offshore accounts, and I still await a reply. To that question
I now add another: what are the European Union's connections

As far as I know, Mr Ashley Mote
MEP has never been provided with any satisfactory answers to
the questions of his referred to
above.
Before finishing this letter
I would like to point out to all concerned that
Article
8 of
United Nations Universal Deceleration of Human Rights
states:
"Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by
the competent national tribunals for acts violating the
fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by
law." As to a very large extent you
will already know, and taking account of what I am stating in
this letter, all of the many efforts we have both made during
the past several years have so far completely failed to
produce the
"effective remedy" referred to in Article
8. Not only that, and much worse in my view, we have both
failed to even find a single lawyer, in either the
UK
jurisdiction or in the
Republic of Ireland
jurisdiction, who is willing to discuss any aspect of
human rights law (as set out by the
United Nations)
with me in relation to my case.
Any
additional help you might be able let me have for the purpose
of achieving an
"effective remedy", which is of course
also assured under
Article 13 of
The European
Convention on Human Rights (full text available via

appreciated.
For those not familiar
with it,
Article
13 of
The European Convention on Human Rights
reads as
follows:
