regarding the appointment you have set (for me) for Monday,
30th March, 2009.
With reference to the section of your

Niamh Gralton" matter, please note I would be very happy to
attend at the Monday appointment which you have now kindly
arranged: provided it is on the clear understanding that this
coming Monday's assessment will be treated as "an initial

that this "initial assessment" (as I am thinking of it) will

Based on what Marjorie (my half-sister) has
informed me, it is my understanding that you have now received
(and read) the printed copy of above-mentioned February 16th
2009 letter (to Maura Carr), which Marjorie has further
informed me she sent to you through the registered post on
February 19th 2009.
Please note that there is also a
copy of the text of my February 16th 2009 letter to Maura Carr
on the Internet (at

ideally it would be much appreciated by me if you could please
try to ensure that Niamh Gralton (Psychologist) is aware of
the main contents of this particular letter before I meet you
both on Monday.
I feel I should also point out that it
would be very much appreciated if I was not asked (on this
coming Monday at least) about any of the practical matters
connected with the long string of events (that have taken
place over a period of several years) which have led up to the
situation I find myself in at the present time. As I feel sure
people like Omagh-based (County Tyrone, Northern Ireland) Dr
Michael McCavert GP, and Gerry Madden (Senior Social Worker),
will readily confirm, I find it almost completely impossible
to discuss such matters: without getting extremely angry in a
manner that many people find both threatening and potentially
extremely dangerous. For reasons which I feel should be
obvious, I am very anxious to avoid any repetition of such
scenes in future: particularly when it is the case that I have
already worked "long and hard" (as I see it, and without pay I
might add) to try to ensure that there are accurate written
accounts of almost all of the several pieces of practical
information in question available, which can be safely read by
all concerned, through the following Internet
