"On learning the extremely good news recently that the Judge in Loughrea District Court (County Galway) cancelled the bench warrant for my arrest, and struck out the summons against me on June 26th 2008, I had started to make plans for returning to my home, and, once re-located, to continue on from there with my ongoing efforts to get "closure" on the nightmare experience I have been put through during the past 10 years or so -- using Article 13 ('Right to an effective remedy') of the European Convention of Human Rights."
