Dear Garda Sergeant Barry Hoban,

I received a phone call earlier today from my cousin Mr Noel O'Donohue, and I understand he has been talking with you recently in connection with the possibility that there is still an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland. (Please know that I am at present living in Northern Ireland.)

Noel has now suggested to me that I should contact you, as I understand you were unable to provide him with any definite answer relating to this matter.

Basically, I would be very grateful to you if you could please let me know -- whether, or not -- there exists an extant warrant for my arrest in the Republic of Ireland at the present time?

I feel I should inform you that I sent a letter through the registered post to Garda Sergeant Bridget Shelly on May 5th 2022 in connection with this matter, and that a scanned copy of the registered letter in question can be viewed at the following www location:

To date I have not received any reply of any kind from anybody connected with the Garda Siochana to the registered letter referred to at the www location immediately above, which according to the Post Office, was delivered on May 9th 2022.
