Dear Marjorie,
Although I am now completely free to
return to the Republic of Ireland, without the risk of being
arrested and corruptly criminalised in connection with earlier
events, I feel I should try to stress to both you and Gerald,
in the strongest possible terms I can, that the biggest
difficulty -- by far -- for me just now is that I still cannot
get the medical and legal help I need to remedy the
Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder set of problems
I've been saddled with; and, that the biggest and best hope I
believe I have for eventually getting such help some day
(hopefully) is through the Internet, and the Internet "window"
that the www.finnachta.com
address I provided for members of the public to look through
on one of the walls of Gerald's petrol station in 2002.
As I mentioned to you on the phone yesterday
afternoon, I was deeply shocked to learn from you that the www.finnachta.com
sign I placed on the west-facing wall of Gerald's petrol
station, in the run-up to the May 2002 general election, was
removed "about a year ago". After I finished speaking with you
yesterday, I couldn't help wondering if this might have
something to do perhaps with the run-up to the Republic of
Ireland's May 2007 general election?
Please note that
the possibility I might have prostate cancer is, by
comparison, just a tiny problem for me, compared to the
ongoing nightmare of having to live with
untreated C-PTSD, day after day, week
after week, month after month, year after year, and all in
circumstances whereby my GP (General Practitioner medical
doctor) will not, or cannot, provide with me with the services
of a suitably experienced psychologist or psychiatrist, and at
the same time is offering me no reasonable explanation of any
kind as to why he is failing to do so.
As you and
Gerald may recall, before I hurriedly left New Inn Village in
the early hours of December 7th 2004, and after all of the
many pleas the three of us had made to local Garda (Policeman)
Tom Kenny the day before had completely failed to produce any
useful results for us, I placed a hand-written note on the
kitchen table in Gerald's house, which very clearly stated
that I was setting off in my car for the purpose of trying to
find medical help for myself.
Later that day I was
admitted to Omagh hospital because -- as far as I know -- I
was independently judged by a number of health-care
professionals in Omagh to be in a suicidal state of mind. For
my first few days in hospital, it appeared to me as though I
was actually going to get the medical and legal help I needed.
However, and as I related to you at the time, and many, many
more times since, those initial hopes were very suddenly
shattered about a week later when the consultant psychiatrist
I was under -- Dr Thomas Foster -- decided to have me thrown out onto the
street (just days before Christmas), with nowhere to go, very
little money, and no meaningful explanation as to why he was
taking such potentially destructive action against me. And,
the fact that a number of his less-senior colleagues in the
medical profession seemed to be deeply shocked and visibly
unhappy by his actions towards me, did not appear to bother Dr
Foster in the slightest.
In the weeks that followed,
and as I have also informed you about, the
formal written
complaint
I made to the appropriate Northern Ireland Health
Authorities regarding Dr Foster and the matters outlined in
the paragraph just above was completely ignored by all
involved: at least from the viewpoint of providing any form of
corrective action for my particular situation at the time was
concerned.
At that time, I did not have any name for
the medical problem I was suffering from -- all I knew was
that there was something terribly wrong and abnormal (for me) about the
way I was feeling, and thinking.
It was not until
October 2005 that Dr Michael McCavert GP gave me the
"To Whom
It May Concern"
letter containing the statement that my
"symptoms and behaviours are the result of traumas and
stresses over years and these traumas and stresses have come
at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies
that he has encountered in his struggles to try to correct
environmental wrong doings. He has suffered considerable
frustration at not being able get legal representation and has
been refused legal aid as well. On reviewing the depth and
range of his symptoms he has got PTSD Complex (i.e. a complex
form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)".
As I have
tried to point out to you and Gerald many, many times since, I
have never managed to get either the medical help, or the
legal help, that I desperately need to bring the C-PTSD
symptoms I am at present suffering from, and which includes
the very common -- but potentially lethal C-PTSD symptom of
"explosive anger" -- to an end (or to significantly reduce them
at least): despite Dr McCavert's letter of October 28th 2005,
and despite the enormous combined number of my own efforts,
and those of Gerry Madden (Senior Social Worker), to bring the
extremely clear and easy-to-understand contents of Dr
McCavert's letter to the attention of all those senior
politicians, lawyers, and other senior "public servants" of
various kinds who we thought might be able to help: in both of
the jurisdictions on the Island of Ireland.
However,
and despite the appalling abuse I feel the medical and the
legal professions are subjecting me to, by deliberately
refusing to provide me with the help they know perfectly well
I desperately need, and which I have long believed constitutes
extreme criminal abuse involving mental torture (the most
serious of all crimes many would argue), I have managed to
"keep going" -- so far -- mostly (I believe) by maintaining a
record of my ongoing efforts on the Internet, in the belief
that ANY passing member of the public who saw the large www.finnachta.com
sign at Gerald's petrol station could read about the desperate
situation I'm trying to get out of (if they wished to), and
possibly provide me with some help (if they choose to).
Much more importantly for me, I have also believed
that the Internet "window" in question provided me with a very
powerful (yet inexpensive) deterrent for those who (I believe)
might well be tempted to subject me to far worse abuse: were
it not for the fact that they have no real way of knowing for
sure who exactly knew about the struggles against corruption I
was involved in, and the associated abuse I was being
subjected to; or, what any seemingly "indifferent observers"
might be aroused to do at a later time, if the perpetrators were to ever
significantly increase their abuse towards me: which they could
-- at any time -- very easily do.
Incidentally, and as
far as I know, I am the only person in Ireland who has risked
informing the public (via the Internet) about the huge "Global
Security Fund" during the run-up to the
Lisbon Treaty
Referendum on June 12th last, a Brussels based "slush fund"
which has been set up for all sorts of corrupt and criminal
activities apparently, and which some investigators estimate
to be worth at least $64 Trillion. Though I do not
know how (if at all) this particular action of mine
affected the results of the referendum, I do know that a great
many people (including yourself and Gerald apparently) found
the NO result almost completely incredible -- particularly
in view of how the mainstream media, plus a number of bishops
you have told me, were generally advising people to vote YES.
As you may know, one journalist is reputed to have said that
his newspaper (a major UK one) would not touch the Global
Security Fund subject with a "thousand-foot barge pole":
because they were simply too frightened to apparently -- and
possibly because of the reportedly deep involvement of
Lord
Jacob Rothschild in this particular "Security" fund.
I
wonder what future you and Gerald imagine genuine democracy
(as in "government of the people, by the people, for the
people"),
and human rights law (as set out by the United Nations), could have in the world if some people
did not take the necessary risks required to try and make
voters aware of such well-hidden mountains of
corruption?
It would be much appreciated if you and
Gerald could also please try to keep it in mind that reporting
to the police the extremely serious crime I'm being subjected
to (which involves sustained mental torture please don't
forget), and which I have already reported to them far more
times than I can remember, is of no use whatsoever; the police
(both sides of the border) simply ignore me and do absolutely
nothing about the all crime being committed against me that I've
been reporting to them for the past several years - or so
it appears from my viewpoint at least.
Although I've
informed the mainstream media many times of my difficulties,
they have never (as far as I know) printed or uttered a single
word about any aspect of them: even though rampant political,
legal, and corporate corruption, which among many other things
includes the destruction of some of the most important
heritage sites in Ireland, lays close to the very heart of the
ongoing difficulties in question. Consequently, I am
completely dependant on the www.finnachta.com
sign as a means of getting around the TOTAL media censorship I
continue to be subjected to; and, which up until yesterday, I
falsely believed was in place all along, and working in my
favour on a daily basis (in the form of the very
public www.finnachta.com
Internet "window" the sign can provide into my case).
On
learning the extremely good news recently that the Judge in
Loughrea District Court cancelled the bench warrant for my arrest,
and struck out the summons against me on June 26th 2008, I had
started to make plans for returning to my home in New Inn, and,
once re-located, to continue on from there with my ongoing
efforts to get "closure" on the nightmare experience I have
been put through during the past 10 years or so -- through the
use of
Article 13
("Right to an effective remedy")
of the European Convention on Human
Rights.
However, the news you gave me yesterday
regarding the mysterious removal of the www.finnachta.com
sign has resulted in I deciding to completely cancel all those
plans for now.
Please take note of the fact that Garda
(Police) Superintendent Walshe's letter dated July 2nd 2008
makes no mention at all of I receiving compensation of any
kind for all the mental torture, and the MASSIVE disruption to
my life, that I've been put through during the past 10 years
or so (for absolutely no good reason whatsoever that I know
of). Much more importantly, neither is there any mention at
all in his letter of I being provided with the medical and
legal help I still desperately need.
Please also note I
have no reason to believe that, at the present time, the
situation with the medical and legal professions in the
Republic of Ireland is any
different to that in Northern Ireland: with regard to the fact
that in both jurisdictions both professions appear to be
powerfully and unswervingly driven by a mindset which
vigorously demands that senior "public servants" (so called)
and public officials, and public bodies, can all violate human
rights law with impunity -- provided the abuse in question is
restricted to mental abuse (which is relatively very easy to
hide, to deny, and keep on denying indefinitely). One
exception to this of course is the case of Shannon Airport (in
the Republic of Ireland) - - through which everything is
acceptable apparently, by way of supporting both physical
and mental torture (provided nobody gets to know of what's taking
place at the various destinations in use).
The
most important thing I need to know from you just now, is if
Gerald can -- BEFORE I return to my home
in New Inn -- have
the
www.finnachta.com
road sign fully
replaced, which I understand (from what you told me yesterday)
he has had painted over about a year ago.
Though it is
by no means essential, it may also help me considerably if you
could please let me have any information you can find as to
why Gerald had the www.finnachta.com sign removed? --
and why it was done without either of you informing me, until,
and in preparation for my return home, I asked you to confirm
it was still in place when I spoke to you
yesterday?
