Gerard,

Following our telephone conversation of yesterday, I phoned Advice NI and spoke with a helpful man who told me his name was Sean McKenna. He informed me that Advice NI do not themselves deal with eviction situations of the kind I am seeking help with. What they do, and it's standard practice for them apparently, is pass on all people with such cases as mine to the Housing Rights Service.

I then contacted Housing Rights and spoke with a man named Tony. What followed is as described in the email I sent to Martin Fox (of Housing Rights) at 5.25pm yesterday, which I copied to you.

In case that for any reason you might not have received the email in question, I have placed a copy of it at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/HousingRights/27April2021/Gmail.html

As related in the email referred to at the above www location, it is my understanding that Housing Rights are to look at my case again, and that they will inform me regarding their decision (possibly later today).

Regards,

William Finnerty
