As you may know, I had a lengthy conversation this afternoon
with one of your colleagues named Tony. You were unavailable at
the time I phoned.
Assuming I understood Tony correctly, he is to have my case
looked into again this afternoon or tomorrow, and to let me know
the outcome tomorrow sometime.
I asked Tony to try to ensure that the contents of the email I
sent to you on April 16th 2021 be taken into account.
As Tony was unable to find any record of the April 16th 2021 in
question, at the time I spoke to him this afternoon, please know

immediately above, I have included a section entitled
"CLOSELY RELATED ISSUES" for the purpose of trying to show
that my difficulties with Radius rent arrears are only a small
part of the overall set of problems that have built up for me
over the past 24 years or so: all of which are directly related to
"wrongdoing" at the hands of
"individuals and public
officials and bodies". Please see attached

Assuming I understood Tony correctly, it is now my understanding
that your organisation does employ professional lawyers. That
being the case, I am wondering if one of them might be able to
provide me with access to professional legal advice and representation
regarding the eviction threat I am at present trying to deal
with: assuming that Phoenix Law -- the law firm my April 16th
2021 email was primarily addressed to -- are unable to assist me.
Please know that, to date, I have not received any reply from
Phoenix Law other than an automated confirmation of receipt.
