Loughrea District Court
(County Galway, Republic of Ireland) cancelled the bench
warrant for my arrest, and struck out the summons against me
on
June 26th 2008, I had started to make plans for
returning to my home, and, once re-located, to continue on
from there with my ongoing efforts to get "closure" on the
nightmare experience I have been put through during the past
10 YEARS
or so -- using
Article 13 ('Right to an effective
remedy') of the
European Convention on Human
Rights."
