You may be interested to know that I also tried -- in 2002 -- to get help from former Prime Minister Tony Blair MP regarding my particular set of legal difficulties; and, in addition, I tried to get help from his wife (Leading Human Rights Lawyer Ms Cherie Booth QC) as well.

Although I did receive a reply from 10 Downing Street (there is an electronic copy of the letter in question at http://www.finnachta.com/PrimeMinisterBlairsReply.htm ), as you can see it completely ignored the main issue, and focused entirely on one of the many symptoms (relating to missing CD evidence I sent earlier to Amnesty International, and to The London Metropolitan Police).
 
I never received any reply from Mrs Blair QC to my above-mentioned letter to her.
 
Also, the whereabouts of the missing CDs still remains a complete mystery to me: to this very day.

At a glance the Irish Attorney General will find serious breaches of the provisions of the Council of Europe Convention under the following Articles: - 1 – 3 – 5 – 6 – 8 – 9 – 11 – 12 – 13 and 14.  For the past  27 years in the UK I have been subjected to torture, inhumane and degrading treatment, unlawful incarceration and criminally obstructed and denied fundamental services for ALL of this 27 year period.

 

I am legitimately owed millions of pounds in compensation for the UK High Contracting Party for my losses, blighted prospects, damage, hardship, stress, health and suffering.  But there will be NO compensation available to me in the UK, as there has been a breach of the provisions of the Convention under Article 13 (no domestic remedies) for over 15 years now, which is due to me being obstructed and denied fundamental services, as is clearly evidenced in this correspondence alone.

Could the press and 643 MPs do anything about this outrageous camera-less scam that is enabling the High Court ‘Judges’ to rob and defraud the people of their homes and possessions with impunity?  What are 643 MPs getting paid for in the UK?  Can somebody please expose this fraudulent waste of taxpayers’ money?

 

I spoke to Steve Turnbull yesterday and asked him why my email address was blacklisted?  But he could not give me any answers.  He informed me that he had received my email via Noel O’Gara, but I noticed that the attached document was missing.  I would appreciate if Mr O’Gara forward this correspondence to Mr Turnbull, while ensuring that the attachment is in place.

 

How long more is the Irish government going to stand by and watch an Irish citizen being robbed and tortured by the British government?

5.       What is the meaning of, “Non Standard Summary Non Motoring Offenc” ?  Please explain fully.

 

As Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court is the heading on this FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT I request a full formal investigation into this oppressive criminal extortion forthwith.
