if Maura Harrington has got the condition or not, it is
definitely the case that sudden
"explosive outbursts
of anger" -- of the type described at Mon Jun 22,
2009 05:58 -- are among the classic symptoms of untreated
C-PTSD (Complex-Post
Traumatic Stress Disorder).
If Maura Harrington does
now suffer from psychological injuries of this kind, it is not
at all difficult to see why.
In fact, with the kind of
outrageous Government bullying she has so far been subjected
to -- which includes being criminalised, and being subjected
to two separate rounds of imprisonment -- it is very difficult
to see how she could possibly have escaped psychological
injuries of this kind?
C-PTSD is a
natural emotional reaction to a set of deeply
shocking and disturbing experiences. It is a
normal reaction to an

Meanwhile, our
Government (Executive,
Legislative, and Judicial), blissfully ignorant of C-PTSD (or
pretending to be at least), continues to arrogantly bully its
way ahead as though it can do no wrong: even though it appears
to many that, with regard to
royalties for instance, it
is blatantly violating
Article 10 of
Bunreacht na hEireann (the written Constitution
of the Republic of Ireland): which it has absolutely no legal
authority whatsoever to do.
In fact, and as our
cowardly and spineless legal profession knows perfectly well,
our
Government (Executive, Legislative, and
Judicial) is legally obliged to conduct its business
within the limits set by
Bunreacht na hEireann ("The Basic Law
of the Republic of Ireland"):
at
ALL
times.
