mind, and in connection with the particular set of
"government bullying" type issues and the growing
number of problems associated with my long drawn out case
(which has been dragging on, and on, for well
over 10

outline information on the "serial bully", or
"administrative psychopath", or " sociopath", as they are sometimes
referred to in more recent times, has now been added at the
