£7,536.95 was received and processed onto your rent account.
I have as requested attached a rental statement which shows the payment of £7,536.95 received on 24/01/2023. This statement is from Monday 26th September 2022 up until today.
In relation to your fees, I can confirm that the fees are broken down as follows:
Court Fees: £532.60
EJO fees including Notice of Intent and Money Application: £801.00
Total: £1,333.60
I can confirm that on receipt of your payment and confirmation that the remaining monies will be paid to us on 31st January from the EJO that we have written to the EJO office to instruct that they cancel their Eviction action
which was planned to take place in February 2023. We have also reduced your weekly Direct Debit amount to cover your total charges only – this will be reduced from Friday 3rd February 2023 to £109.09 per week.
