RE: TAS (The Appeal Service) Reference: Case Number BE/6784/19/45/O

I have received a letter dated March 26th 2024 from Clerk to the Appeals Tribunal Ms Lynn Douglas containing 1) the "Statement of Reasons" papers (17 pages) relating to the result of the Tribunal hearing held on July 28th 2023, and 2) the papers titled "Application to a Legally Qualified Member for Leave to Appeal to a Social Security Commissioner" (3 pages).

While I strongly believe that I should apply for Leave to Appeal the July 28th 2023 decision, in practice however, I feel I cannot sensibly attempt to do so without the help of a qualified lawyer of the kind who recognises and supports human rights law, constitutional law, contract law, and "Duty of Care" principles, in practical and meaningful ways.

Although my efforts are ongoing for the purpose of trying to find proper professional legal advice and representation, and proper medical help for the unresolved and growing set of legal, medical, financial, and social difficulties I have been struggling with throughout the past 25 years or so, which I have referred to many times in earlier correspondence to you, and to several others in connection with the negative consequences for me of "wrong doings" at the hands of "individuals and public official and bodies" (as described by Dr Michael McCavert GP, please see under "1)" in list below), it seems to me that I might not be able to find the professional legal advice and representation I now feel I absolutely must have, in time for me to apply for "Leave to Appeal": before the one month deadline that has been set by TAS, which I understand is April 26th 2024.

I am now wondering what will happen if I still cannot find the type of professional legal advice and representation I feel I need (referred to above) until sometime after the April 26th 2024 deadline. Would that mean a) I cannot ever apply for "Leave to Appeal" the July 28th 2024 decision? It would be much appreciated if you could provide me with a written answer to this question please.

Please know that I am also very concerned about the fact that, among other things, the "Statement of Reasons" papers I have recently received (referred to above) contain no direct mention of an email I copied to you dated October 18th 2023. I would also be very grateful if b) you could please provide me with written confirmation that you have received it (if of course that is the case).
