Despite having a number of very serious reservations, doubts, and fears about doing so, which include those referred to under 1) to 4) in the section below, I have nonetheless decided to attend the oral hearing of my case on July 28th 2023.

1) I have still not not received any reply of any kind from any anybody at the Republic of Ireland law firm of Patrick Hogan & Company (located in Ballinasloe, County Galway, Republic of Ireland) to the letter I sent to Principal Lawyer Mr Brendan Glynn dated March 29th 2023, a scanned copy of which, together with scanned copies of the associated Post Office Certificate of Posting, and of the Proof of Delivery note, have been placed at the following www location:

Consequently, I am still not in a position to provide you with the "updated valuation", and the "encumbered", information relating to my now derelict home in the Republic of Ireland, which you have requested from me, and which you set out in Page 3 of the TAS (The Appeal Service) letter to me dated February 13th 2023, referred to at:

Despite the complexity of my case overall, the origins and context of which date back to around 1997/98, plus the fact that I have no legal qualifications or experience of participating in oral hearings of the kind in question, the Wolfhill Help Centre, and the Belfast Law Centre, have both informed me that they are unable to provide me with professional legal representation at the July 28th 2023 oral hearing.


2) To date I have not received any reply of any kind from anybody at the Belfast Law Centre to the letter I sent to Mr Owen McCloskey (Head of Social Security) through the registered post on July 20th 2023, a scanned copy of which, together with scanned copies of the associated Post Office Certificate of Posting, and of the Proof of Delivery note, have been placed at the following www location:

Consequently, I have no way of knowing, at the present time, if Mr Owen McCloskey knows anything about the July 20th 2023 registered letter of mine that I have sent to him, and in which I requested information about why Ms Louise Arthurs, who is a practicing lawyer I understand, appears -- from my viewpoint at least -- to have decided to completely ignore the contents of my September 22nd 2017 email to her, an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of which has been placed at:

In the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION APPENDIX" sections on Pages 8 and 9 of my September 22nd 2017 email referred to just above, I included information relating to 5 separate areas of major concern and difficulty for me just then, and which mostly remain unresolved at the present time: 4 of them -- "Item #2", "Item #3", "Item #4", and "Item #5" -- are primarily of a very direct and serious (as I see it) "legal" nature, and which I feel involve a number of very serious "Duty of Care" violations committed against me.

Please know that my September 22nd 2017 email was sent 18 months or so before my Pension Credits were cancelled (on March 21st 2019 as I understand it); and, as can be seen at the www location immediately above, that the email in question was copied to several "individuals and public officials and bodies", including the Northern Ireland Pension Service.


3) I have still not received any proper treatment from the medical profession for the PTSD and C-PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) type psychiatric injuries, and associated symptoms, connected with the the"wrong doings" at the hands "of individuals and public officials and bodies" which Dr Michael McCavert GP has referred to in the October 28th 2005 "To Whom It May Concern" letter of his relating to my situation, a scanned copy of which has been placed at:

It has happened to me on a number of occasions in the past, during the past 23 years or so, that entering into discussion with strangers  involving the "wrong doings" in question (referred to in the paragraph immediately above), has very seriously exacerbated the PTSD / C-PTSD symptoms I continue to suffer from, sometimes for lengthy periods in the aftermath of such discussions: and particularly if one or more of the strangers concerned have little or no personal experience or knowledge of what it is like to suffer with PTSD / C-PTSD type symptoms. It is largely for this reason that I feel extremely apprehensive and vulnerable about attending the July 28th 2023 oral hearing, without, that is, the presence of a professional legal representative acting independently on my behalf, who recognises and supports human rights law in meaningful and practical ways, and who would, if necessary, hopefully be able to keep a safe check on the legally permissible content and direction of such discussion.


4) It has long been a very deep-rooted belief of mine, that if I am ever to be provided with the "Right to an Effective Remedy"  of the kind referred in Article 8 of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and in a number of other legally binding human rights documents I understand, for the overall set of unresolved, interrelated, and interdependent, legal, medical, financial, and social problems I am at present struggling with, and which I have been struggling with for a continuous period of well over 20 years now, as a direct consequence of the "wrong doings" Dr Michael McCavert GP has referred to in his October 28th 2005 "To Whom It May Concern Letter" referred to above, they will need to be looked at and considered in a holistic manner; and, by "holistic" I mean "characterized by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole".

As far as I am concerned, the "parts" of my particular set of problems include, among a number of other issues that have arisen since my September 22nd 2017 email to Ms Louise Arthurs, the 5 items referred in Section 2) above -- especially "Item #3" relating to the policing and enforcement of legal principles connected with Article 47 of  THE CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, which I understand came fully into force under the Treaty of Lisbon on December 1st 2009 -- and which I mentioned among the contents of Pages 8 and 9 of my September 22nd 2017 email to Ms Louise Arthurs.
