to me from Clerk to the Tribunal Ms Lynn Douglas dated

With reference to Point "1" of your notes on Page 3 of

hearing as soon as possible"-- please know that
I am at the present time waiting for a reply to a request of mine
for help with finding professional legal advice and
representation I made to Belfast politician
Ms Kate
Nicholl MLA of the
Alliance Party of Northern
Ireland.
The above-mentioned request to Ms Nicholl MLA came as
the result of a lengthy discussion I had with
Radius
Housing Association Welfare Advice Officer Mr Frank
Rodgers on June 8th 2023, connected with the
difficulties I have been having since around
1997/98,
with finding professional legal advice and
representation in connection with a long string of
"wrong doings" I have been experiencing at the
"hands of individuals and public officials and
bodies", and which are still ongoing for me.

proper medical treatment for the
PTSD and
C-PTSD symptoms I continue to suffer from, because, to date, all efforts of mine to get proper medical treatment, like
my efforts to get proper professional legal advice and
representation referred to below, have also been
"thwarted at every turn".

Evidence and information relating to the long-standing
nature of the difficulties I have been experiencing with
finding professional legal advice and representation is
contained in the following excerpt from a letter written
by
Senior Social Worker Mr Gerard Madden to the
then
UK Northern Ireland Justice Minister Mr David
Hanson MP on December 13th 2005:
"His
efforts to secure proper legal representation have
been thwarted at every turn and Mr Finnerty is
firmly of the belief that this situation is a serious
breach of his rights under Article 6 (3) (1.b.c.) of the
European Convention of Human Rights." The

In the event that Ms Kate Nicholl MLA is successful in
finding a professional lawyer who is willing to take on
my case, and allowing for the fact that
the deeds of my
home in the Republic of Ireland have been lodged with Patrick
Hogan & Company since sometime around the mid-1980s, it is my
hope that,
as a matter of priority on account of the
information you have requested from me relating to
"ENCUMBRANCE
UPDATES" associated with my home in the Republic of Ireland, the lawyer
concerned will contact Patrick Hogan & Company on my
behalf for the purpose of trying to find out why it is
that, to date, I have not received any reply of any kind
from Principal Lawyer Mr Brendan Glynn, or from any of
his colleagues at Patrick Hogan & Company, to the letter
I sent to him through the registered post on March 29th
2023.
