'All things considered, and particularly the fact that -- for all practical purposes -- I still do not have any access to professional legal advice or representation of the kind which recognises and supports (in practical and meaningful ways) human rights law and constitutional law, I feel I should wait until I receive a reply from UK Justice Minister Robert Buckland QC MP to my September 16th 2019 letter to him before making any decisions relating to the overdue Radius Housing Association rent payments you have written to me about. That said though, I would welcome any suggestions which you, and/or your colleagues at Radius might wish to relate to me regarding your views on how best the overall set of difficulties I have been struggling with for the past 20 years or so might be resolved (from my viewpoint). I believe resolution requires a holistic approach, and please know that the overall set of difficulties in question includes a number of parts other than the Radius Housing Association overdue rent issue, as can be seen from the list in the registered letter I sent to Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Paul Bell on November 3rd 2018, a scanned copy of which can be viewed at:

'By "holistic" I mean "characterized by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole".

Mr John Cairnduff on October 21st 2019.
