"Mostly for the purpose of trying to prevent further cover-ups of the
criminally fraudulent
'nobody told us' kind, in connection with the
extremely serious government crime I have been trying to expose to the
general public
since mid-1998 -- which I have voluntarily worked at as a
full-time occupation, without pay, since
retiring in
mid 1998 -- and
which in more recent times has included efforts to help reduce the
closely associated threat of a
thermonuclear World War 3 starting
up at literally any moment just now as a direct consequence of all the
criminal warmongering by
NATO countries in and around places such as
Syria and
Iran (and still more recently

two essential healing components of recovery from
C-PTSD injuries are
put in place as a matter of top priority, in connection with my

The above excerpts are from an e-mail sent to
Dr John Kilraine GP on
October 29th 2012. As can be seen at the
"29Oct2012" www address two
paragraphs up, the e-mail in question was
copied to
Republic of
Ireland Prime Minister Enda Kenny TD, to Deputy Prime Minister
Eamon Gilmore TD, and to
several other senior Republic of
Ireland lawyers, politicians and medical doctors (using the
same e-mail).
From William Finnerty's viewpoint, in terms of ever receiving any useful
help connected with "THE RIGHT TO REPARATION/GUARANTEES OF
NON-RECURRENCE" issues, it appears that all concerned must have decided
to
completely ignore the entire contents of the
above mentioned e-mail (dated October 29th 2012 to Dr John Kilraine GP): which they all
continue to do, with
full
impunity.

"Before ending, I feel I should point out that I am also deeply
concerned about the contents of second paragraph of your September 13th
2013 letter to me, and this is because they seem to suggest (to me at
least) that you might have been led to believe I have not applied for
the old age pension. The truth of the matter is I applied for the old
age pension on March 16th 2011 and sent my signed application through
the registered post to the Social Welfare Services Office in Sligo on
that day. Detailed information relating to my March 16th 2011 pension
application, which includes the text of a covering letter I attached to
my application, scanned images of the associated Post Office receipts
and delivery information, and a
scanned copy of Dr Michael McCavert's October 28th 2005 "To Whom It
May Concern" letter, can be viewed at the www address
provided immediately below. Also, and on account of earlier difficulties
(i.e. before March 16th 2011) connected with unpaid disability
allowances amounting to approximately 5,700 Euros (referred to
above), I copied the full set of my March 16th 2011 old age pension
application papers to
Minister for
Social Protection Joan Burton TD, and sent them to her (through
the registered post) to her Dublin address on March 16th 2011 as well.
