Nelson-Singleton Solicitors on August
2nd 2021 for the purpose of seeking professional legal advice and
representations relating to some of the overall set of legal problems I
am now faced with. A scanned copy of the August 2nd 2021 letter in

To date, I have not received any reply of any kind from anybody at

3) Last Thursday (August 19th) I received a five-page letter dated August
16th 2021 from
the Enforcement of Judgements Office in Belfast, and a scanned copy of
it has been placed at:

4) I wish to continue to avail of the floating support service I
have been provided with through The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust
since the end of July 2020.

While I believe that yourself and the other members of "Tina's Team" (as I
think of it) may well be able to help me in various ways regarding some of
the matters referred to above, I wish to leave it to yourselves
regarding the matter of what you might decide (as individuals) to do what you feel and
believe would
be helpful: while having due regard for the contents of the two letters
referred to under 2) and 3) above.
I feel the main thing just now, as I see the present situation, might be for all of
those of you who may decide
to act on my behalf, to make sure you are fully aware of the contents of the two letters referred to under 2) and 3) above. Allowing for the fact
that I personally still do not have any direct access to professional
legal advice of the kind which recognises and supports human rights law
and constitutional law -- in meaningful and practical ways that is (as
opposed to mere lip-service) -- I now feel particularly vulnerable
regarding some of the contents on Page 2 of the letter from the
Enforcement of Judgements Office referred to under 3) above: which,
among other things, mentions the possibility of
imprisonment under
certain circumstances.
Please note that (as I understand it), Radius Housing Association have
"to make an application to enforce the judgement" to the
Enforcement of Judgements Office, as stated in the text in the middle of
Page 1 of the August 16th 2021 letter from the Enforcement of Judgements
Office referred to under 3) above; and, that they have to wait 10 days
before they can make the application: i.e. on, or after,
August 26th
2021 in my particular case (it seems to me). This is an area where I
think the personal contacts that you and other members of "Tina's Team"
have already made on my behalf with people at Radius Housing Association, might come
in very useful just now.
My own hope is that -- at the very least -- Radius Housing will not make
any application to "enforce the judgement": until I personally have direct access to professional legal advice and representation of the
kind which recognises and supports human rights law and constitutional
law in meaningful and practical ways.

relating to my looming eviction threat.
