Your Customer Reference: YH 61 59 74D Your Case Reference: 9-116219 May 20th 2011 Dear Ms Swenarton, RE: Letter from your Office required by "M. Brady" at Republic of Ireland Social Welfare Services I have recently received a "DLA 7013 Not Entitled" letter from your office, which is dated May 6th 2011. Although I am writing to you regarding the May 6th DLA 7013 letter, I realise that you are not necessarily the person responsible for sending it to me. Nevertheless, and because there are a number of matters which disturb me very deeply regarding the letter in question, I feel I should write to someone (at the Castle Court Belfast Office) regarding it, whose name and job title is already known to me as a result of earlier correspondence I have received from you. As can be seen on the scanned copies of the two page May 6th 2011 "DLA 7013 Not Entitled" letter in question, which can be viewed at the www address provided just below, the letter contains no signature of any kind, and provides no indication of the name of the "Manger" responsible for sending me the letter: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UKSocialSecurityAgencyBelfast/6May2011/Letter.htm Far more worrying for me, allowing for the anonymous nature of the scanned "DLA 7013" letter at the www address just above, is that I believe it contains statements which are grossly false and highly misleading, and potentially extremely injurious to me in the future (and to others in similar situations to me): if they are not rapidly and completely corrected by all those concerned who have responsibilities to do so. Please note that the statement in the May 6th 2011 letter to me which reads "We have looked at the facts, evidence and points you raised" does not appear (to me) to be anywhere remotely close to being credible, and that I regard it as blatantly and callously false. The main "point" I have been trying to raise for the past several years is that "unconstitutional legislation" is (in my view) a source of very major social problems in a number of jurisdictions which include the Republic of Ireland and the United States of America; and, that my very open, honest, and lawful efforts to expose the wrongdoing connected with unconstitutional legislation have (to date) resulted in three major attempts to corruptly criminalise me: two by the Republic of Ireland police, and one by the PSNI (Police Service of Northern Ireland). Although I have provided your office with written information relating to the extremely serious criminal abuse I have outlined in the paragraph immediately above, I know of no evidence whatsoever which would suggest that your Office, or any other UK Government Office, has investigated any of it. Consequently (as I see things), the shocking state of affairs relating to the "financial weapons of mass destruction" problem which I have referred to in the e-mail I copied to you and to several dozen UK parliamentarians on May 2nd 2011, and which is (I believe) in large part a direct product of the unconstitutional legislation I have been trying to expose by lawful means for the past several years, is all being allowed to freely continue. In case that for any reason you have not received the e-mail I sent to you on May 2nd 2011, there is a copy of it at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/BritishMonarchy/2May2011/Email.htm There is also the ongoing and more general matter of the "psychological abuse and mental torture" type crimes being committed against me by "public officials and bodies" with "impunity", and which I feel I am completely powerless to stop by any means at present available to me: thanks to the fact I still cannot find -- either in the Republic of Ireland or in the United Kingdom -- legal representation of the kind which recognises the factual existence of national and international legislation based on the "United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights". Please note that I sent a registered letter to UK Prime Minister David Cameron MP on October 16th 2010 regarding this core-issue "impunity" matter; and, that a scanned copy of the registered letter in question, together with the associated Post Office receipt and delivery information, can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterDavidCameron/16October2010/Email.htm The day afterwards (i.e. October 17th 2010), I sent an e-mail to Leslie Morgan (who I understand is the overall Manager of your Office), which included the text of the registered letter to Prime Minister Cameron at the www address immediately above. The text of the e-mail in question, which was copied to several senior politicians, lawyers, and civil servants, can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterDavidCameron/17October2010/Email.htm All of the evidence available to me at the present time suggests (very strongly) that the information contained in the above mentioned registered letter to Prime Minister David Cameron MP dated October 16th 2010 (and the associated e-mail dated October 17th 2010 copied to Leslie Morgan) is being completely ignored by all of the people I have written to regarding the impunity matter: as are the two very closely related issues of "reparation" and "guarantees of non-recurrence of violations": which are crucially important if I am ever to be allowed to recover from the C-PTSD injuries I now suffer from, and which are in large part the result of the three failed attempts to corruptly criminalise me which I have referred to above. Similarly, it appears the extremely important and deeply disturbing information I sent to you relating to the massive "banking derivative debts" in the May 6th 2011 e-mail referred to above, is also being completely ignored by all of the many public officials and bodies I have sent the information to. Allowing for what I have stated above, and further down, I trust you will understand that it appears to me to be completely outrageous, and indeed totally discreditable from the standpoint of legal considerations relating to issues which include "perverting and obstructing the course of justice" and "dereliction and neglect of duty" (for example), that your Office would recently send me the anonymous May 6th 2011 "DLA 7013 Not Entitled" letter, which, in two separate sections claims -- completely falsely and fraudulently as far as I am concerned -- that "you have not given us all the information to establish entitlement". With due regard for all the delays I have encountered to date in connection with the letter (from your Office) which I need to meet the "M.Brady" request referred to below, I would like to make it completely clear that I have no wish whatsoever to appeal the decision "You are not entitled to Disability Living Allowance" stated in the May 6th 2011 "DLA 7013 Not Entitled" letter. I feel I should add that, thanks to the totally ignored and completely unresolved impunity problems (referred to above), it is also the case that I have absolutely no confidence whatsoever in "Independent Tribunals" (so called) at the present time. What I need from your Office, and what I have needed since June 16th 2010 (as related in the e-mail to Leslie Morgan referred to below), is "An official letter on headed notepaper from the Northern Ireland Disability Benefits Office stating your Disability Living Allowance has been stopped.": as requested by "M.Brady" in the Republic of Ireland's Social Welfare Office in Longford. A scanned copy of the "M. Brady" letter to me dated May 24th 2010 containing this particular request can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LongfordSocialWelfareServicesOffice/24May2010/Letter.htm Please note that "M Brady" did not ask for any explanations or reasons of any kind -- true or false -- as to why my Disability Living Allowance has been stopped. Please also note that I informed Leslie Morgan (who I understand is the overall Manager of your Office) -- and several other senior politicians, lawyers and civil servants -- about the above mentioned "M. Brady" request in an e-mail dated June 16th 2010 which can be viewed at the following www location: http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LeslieMorgan/16June2010/Email.htm and, in addition, that I also sent a printed and signed copy of the same June 16th 2010 e-mail to Leslie Morgan through the registered post on June 16th 2010. Brady" request referred to above: i.e. a letter which clearly states that the Disability Living Allowance I once received from your Office has been stopped (from and including January 20th 2010); and, which contains no vague, misleading, distracting, and unnecessary references to any "explanations" and/or "reasons" as to why it has been stopped.
