Dear Ms McNally,

RE: Follow-up to my August 11th 2016 email, Your Reference: "App Ref No: 650427"

In case that for any reason you might be unaware of my email to you dated August 11th 2016, please know that I have placed a copy of it, which contains some corrections to the original message-text, at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PortadownHousingExecutive/11August2016/Gmail.html

There is also an unedited "Gmail PDF" copy of my August 11th 2016 email to you at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PortadownHousingExecutive/11August2016/Gmail.pdf

In addition, and following the assurances I received from Julianne Milligan (at the Portadown Housing Executive Office), I sent an email to you on August 12th 2016, which I copied to Newry Housing Executive Team Leader Niall Fitzpatrick, to confirm that I would like to view the Portadown accommodation you offered me in your letter to me dated August 10th 2016.

The main follow-up points I now wish to make to my August 11th 2016 email to you are as follows:

1) I did not initiate the "App Ref No: 650427" application, and I have not signed any papers connected with "App Ref No: 650427". When Newry Housing Executive Team Leader Niall Fitzpatrick, and his colleague Michael Keenan, called to see me, unexpectedly, at my present address on Tuesday August 9th 2016, they informed me that they needed to move me from the "temporary/emergency accommodation" I am now living in, and which they provided me with on December 16th 2015.

2) "Sheltered accommodation" of the type that is supervised by a warden, is the type of accommodation that would best suit me (I believe) at the present time. This is in very large part due to the fact that "hypervigilance" is one the main symptoms of the Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I have been suffering from for several years. As I have no reason to believe that you (or your Housing Executives colleagues in Portadown) are knowledgeable regarding the subject of "hypervigilance", and its close, very important (as I see it), and sometimes grossly mistaken connection with the mental illness known as "paranoia", you may wish to know that there is some basic, outline information on the "hypervigilance"/"paranoia" subjects at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/GovernmentBullying/PTSD/Page1.html#Differences

3) As I mentioned to Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan during our meeting on August 9th 2016, the weekly pension payments I have been receiving for the past several months are, I think, considerably less than what I should have been receiving. I suspect this might be something to do with the way, in law, that the "unsecured loans" I have been receiving for the past several years from my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) are being treated in connection with my Pension entitlements, and possibly my Housing Benefit entitlements as well. In total, the sums I have borrowed from my brother and half-sister are well in excess of Euros 70,000 at the present time. I suspect that some of these "personal debts" of mine are being treated by the Pension Service, and the Housing Executive as well possibly, as "personal savings": on account of the fact the loans are "unsecured". For several months I have been hoping that I could get independent, professional legal advice on this matter. However, I have still not managed to find a law firm that is willing to take on my case, in the holistic kind of way that I feel my case very badly needs to be considered in, and attended to. I feel I should point out to you that in connection with my ongoing efforts to find such legal representation, I sent a letter through the registered post on July 13th 2016 to the Newry law firm of McGuigan Malone Solicitors. A scanned copy of the registered letter in question, together with scanned copies of the associated Royal Mail receipt, and the Royal mail "Proof of Delivery" note, can be viewed at the www location immediately below:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/McGuiganAndMalone-LawFirm/13July2016/Email/RegisteredLetter.htm

Please know that, to date, I have not received any reply of any kind from anybody at McGuigan Malone Solicitors to the registered letter referred to at the www location just above.

There is (as I see it), some important information relating to the difficulties connected with the "unsecured loans" issue in a letter to me dated October 1st 2015 from Gail Forbes (Housing Benefits Manager, Marlborough House, Craigavon). A scanned copy of the letter in question, which I received on October 5th 2015, can be viewed at the following www page address:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PensionService/15October2015/RegisteredLetter.htm

4) As I also mentioned to Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan during our meeting on August 9th 2016, I have still not got back any of my belongings which my former landlord Patsy Heaney (of 31 Kilmorey Street, Newry) has held onto, after I suddenly departed the accommodation I was renting from him immediately following an attempt, by another tenant staying at 31 Kilmorey Street, to murder me on the afternoon of November 16th 2015: in the presence of Patsy Heaney, and of his manager John Hughes. The efforts I have made, to date, to try to resolve this particular problem include the two registered letters to McShanes law firm (in Newry) referred to at the following two www locations:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/McShaneLawFirmNewry/4April2016/RegisteredLetter.htm
and
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/McShaneLawFirmNewry/9May2016/RegisteredLetter.htm

When Newry-based Paula Martin (of Homecare), whose office is located in the Newry Housing Executive's main building I understand, and who is referred to a number of times in the above-mentioned April 4th 2016 registered letter of mine to McShanes law firm, offered to "mediate" on my behalf with Patsy Heaney for the return of my belongings, I gladly went along with this suggestion of hers. In the meantime, I have had a letter from lawyer Paul J O'Kane LL.B (of McShanes law firm in Newry), in reply to my above-mentioned May 9th 2016 registered letter to McShanes, which seems to me to very strongly suggest that Paula Martin's efforts on my behalf never reached the stage where a binding legal agreement for the return of my belongings ever came into existence. I was just about to write to Mr O'Kane regarding this matter, and a few other matters that he has written to me about in his letter to me dated May 17th 2016, when Niall Fitzpatrick and Michael Keenan unexpectedly called to see me on August 9th 2016. While I still intend to write to Mr O'Kane regarding the matters in question, I anticipate that it will now be some weeks before I am able do so. Meanwhile, I wish you to know that, among the dozens of letters of mine which I understand Patsy Heaney has held onto, is, I believe, one containing a replacement "log book" for my car from the UK Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in Swansea. Ideally, I would like to have all matters, relating to the belongings of mine which Patsy Heaney has been holding onto since November 2015, fully resolved before I leave my present address.

Yours sincerely,

William Finnerty

 "Totalitarianism
(or totalitarian rule) is a political system where the state recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible."

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Totalitarianism

"Constitutionalism   is descriptive of a complicated concept, deeply imbedded in historical experience, which subjects the officials who exercise governmental powers to the limitations of a higher law. Constitutionalism proclaims the desirability of the rule of law (based on constitutional law, and laws connected with the Charter of the United Nations, and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights for example)  as opposed to rule by the arbitrary judgment or mere fiat of public officials…. Throughout the literature dealing with modern public law and the foundations of statecraft the central element of the concept of constitutionalism is that in political society government officials are not free to do anything they please in any manner they choose; they are bound to observe both the limitations on power and the procedures which are set out in the supreme, constitutional law of the community. It may therefore be said that the touchstone of constitutionalism is the concept of limited government under a higher law."

Please note that, for technical reasons beyond my control, the dozen or so "Internet Hyperlinks" provided in the "Related Open News Topics" section below will appear as "dead text" in this "Indymedia (Ireland)" comment. However, the original "live working" versions of these hyperlinks can be found (and used) in the edition of the message-text at the www address provided above; and, they were included in this morning's e-mail to the United Nations because, between them, they seem (to me) to provide a pretty good indication/"feel" of just how MASSIVE, VARIED, WIDESPREAD, and DEEPLY ENTRENCHED, the global "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity" problem really is at the present time: and, most important of all perhaps, I think they also, as a set, supply a tangible "handle" (of sorts) on the very slimy, very extensive, and often very blurred "DENIAL (genuine and/or pretend) MINDSET PROBLEM", which continues to so powerfully, and frequently INVISIBLY, and often from "way behind the scenes", to "fuel and drive" the whole accelerating global phenomenon of "government corruption, crime, cover-ups, bullying, and impunity". Has anything really changed fundamentally among the arrogant/ignorant/stupid "ruling elites" (i.e. the "human tin-gods" who are trying to "play GOD" and making complete fools of themselves in the process), I often find myself asking myself, since the days (in the 1400s AD) of the "Borgias Pope Family" in Holy Rome: "The Original Crime Family of The Vatican", as they have been labelled by some?'

'A bit like other aspects of the universe itself perhaps, it may be that this particularly nasty MINDSET "type social problem" (as I see it), in very large part a human-brain "software problem" I suspect, which I have long viewed as a major threat for "humanity as a whole", and maybe even for the whole of "Life on Earth" possibly -- when and if the constantly-lurking risk, above and below the surface of the Earth (particularly in the oceans of our World), of "the makings" of a  "Hell on Earth" Thermonuclear World War Three   is taken into account -- is a problem that is half-invisibly expanding outwards (and inwards as well at the same time in its particular case!!) at something approaching the speed of light? Or at least the speed of sound perhaps, and with much of the credit for the "expansion in all directions" due to the bankster owned/controlled MSM (Main Stream Media).'
