LETTER TO LAWYER BRENDAN GLYNN DATED MAY 27TH 2015
The message-text of the letter in question, which was delivered by hand on May
27th 2015 to Mr Glynn's workplace at Patrick Hogan & Co (Law Firm), is
reproduced in the section immediately below:
=== === ===
Brendan Glynn (Lawyer)
Patrick Hogan & Company (Solicitors)
Dunlo Street
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland.
May 27th 2015.
Dear Mr Glynn,
RE: DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS CLAIRE LOFTUS -v-WILLIAM FINNERTY AT
LOUGHREA DISTRICT COURT ON JULY 8TH 2015
I wish you to know that the way you appear (to me) to be possibly (?) ignoring
the contents of the letter I sent to you through the registered post on May 13th
2015 is -- at times -- having a terrible effect on my mental health: especially
in connection with my ability to be able to sleep regularly in a healthy and
normal manner.
In case that for some reason you might not be aware of the "set of three
registered letters" I sent to you, to Chief Police Commissioner Nóirín
O'Sullivan, and to Chief Justice Susan Denham, all on May 13th 2015,
I have asked my brother (Gerald Finnerty) and my half-sister (Marjorie Dolan) to
take copies of all three of the registered letters in question to your Office
today by hand.
I feel I should also point out to you that, as in your own case, it also appears
to me that although I asked for the main matter to be treated as "urgent", Chief
Police Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and Chief Justice Susan Denham, may also
have decided possibly (?) to simply ignore the entire contents of my
above-mentioned May 13th 2015 registered letters to them (as has already
happened on a number of occasions in the past). To date, I have heard nothing at
all from either of them, or from any of their support staff: not even "an
acknowledgement of receipt": which, as I trust you will understand, is adding to
my present concerns regarding the way the overall content of the three
registered letters in question is possibly being handled by all three of you: at
a time when the July 8th 2015 Loughrea District Court Hearing of my case is just
six weeks or so away.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
c/o Finnerty's Shop
New Inn
Ballinasloe
County Galway
Republic of Ireland.
ATTACHED: Copies of the three registered letters dated May 13th 2015 referred to
above, together with copies of all of the closely associated Post Office
Receipts and Delivery Notes.
COPY TO: Gerald Finnerty and Marjorie Dolan.

A full copy of the above mentioned May 27th 2015 letter (in PDF Format) to Mr
Glynn can be viewed by clicking on the following link:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/LawyerBrendanGlynn/27May2015/Letter.pdf
Last Friday (May 29th 2015), William Finnerty received an acknowledgement of
receipt for the above-mentioned two letters (the first dated May 13th 2015, and
the second dated May 27th 2015) from Brendan Glynn (Lawyer); and, on May 30th
2015, William Finnerty emailed a copy of Brendan Glynn's May 29th 2015
"acknowledgement of receipt" to medical doctor Deirdre Mulryan (Senior Registrar
and Psychotherapist at Ballinasloe Day Hospital).
To date, William Finnerty has not received any "acknowledgement of receipt" --
of any kind -- for the above-mentioned registered letters sent to Chief Police
Commissioner Nóirín O'Sullivan, and to Chief Justice Susan Denham, on May 13th
2015: which William Finnerty finds very frustrating, and, in addition, very
worrying: allowing for the contents of the two registered letters in question.

CLOSELY RELATED EMAIL TO UNITED NATIONS DATED MAY 28TH 2015
Titled: "Request for advice on initiating a legal challenge":
A full copy of the email in question can be viewed at the following www
location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/UnitedNations/28May2015/Email.htm
So far (Sunday, May 31st 2015), the request for the above-mentioned
"advice on initiating a legal challenge" is all being completely
ignored by all concerned -- including lawyer Brendan Glynn --
it would seem: from William Finnerty's viewpoint at least.
