Dear Ms O'Donnell,
Re: Request to Radius Housing Association for a
concession
Thank you for your letter dated October 6th 2023 which
I received on October 13th.
On account of major, ongoing uncertainties relating to my present overall
financial situation, which includes unpaid debts of mine
connected with the Euros 116,100 I have borrowed against my
home in the Republic of Ireland, referred to by me in earlier
items of correspondence I have sent to Radius Housing, I decided some months ago to delay
presenting my car for an MOT test until such time as my
appeals connected with the cancellations, in July 2019, of
both my Pension Credit payments, and my Housing Benefit
payments, had been finalised.
Finalisation of my appeal claims has been delayed -- yet again
-- in connection with a
"STATEMENT OF REASONS" document which, as I understand
it, TAS (The Appeals Service) is at present in the
process of completing.
In response to an earlier request of mine to TAS for information on
how long it will take for the completion of the document in
question, I
have received a letter from TAS dated
September 25th
2023 which states:
"This is
quite a lengthy document and can take several weeks to
complete".
The main reason I am writing to you just now is to
request a concession from Radius Housing that I be
allowed to continue to park my car in the courtyard of the Radius
Housing property I am at present living in, until such time as I
am in receipt of the "STATEMENT OF REASONS" document
from TAS referred to above.
In support of this request for a concession from
Radius Housing, I wish to make the points listed in the
section immediately below.
=== === ===
1) At the last TAS appeal hearing I attended on
July 28th 2023, I asked the Legally Qualified Member
(Barrister Mr. Martin O'Brien) if he believed it was
lawful for the courts to have issued an eviction order on
behalf of Radius Housing to have me evicted, in
circumstances whereby neither of the two appeals of mine
referred to above had been finalised. Mr. O'Brien informed me that
it was "not his job" to provide me with an answer to that
question.
It is now my hope that this so far unanswered enquiry of mine relating to
the legality and legitimacy of the eviction order in question, will be answered for me
by TAS in the "STATEMENT OF REASONS" document
referred to above, which I hope to receive within
the coming few weeks or so. In connection with this, and
a number of other very serious legal matters (as I see
them), please note that I still do not have, and still
cannot, at the present time, see any realistic prospect of I finding
proper professional legal advice -- i.e. legal advice
and representation of the kind
that recognises and supports human rights law, and
constitutional law, in meaningful, practical ways --
despite the numerous efforts I have been making,
throughout the past 25 years or so, in a number of
different jurisdictions, to find such
professional legal help.
2) Although the TAS appeal hearing of July 28th
2023 was brought to a close before I got the opportunity
to enquire about the legality and legitimacy of the fact (as I see it)
that Radius Housing still appears to me to have decided
to blatantly violate the written agreement, between myself and Radius Housing
dated August 19th 2022, within hours of I very reluctantly deciding to enter into it, on October 13th 2022
(with your help); but, a) without, as I
believe I made clear to you
at the time, having any direct access to independent, professional legal advice;
b) against the advice of a number of staff
members at my bank who strongly urged me not to enter
into the agreement until such time as a professional
lawyer had advised me to do so; c) while feeling under
extreme psychological pressure because of the rapidly
escalating threats
of being evicted, under the terms of the court order
referred to above, even though I had at the time already
been diagnosed by a number of medical doctors as
suffering from PTSD and C-PTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic
Stress Disorder), which I have never
received any proper medical treatment for to date. It
is now my hope that these very worrying issues will also be explained to my
satisfaction in the "STATEMENT OF REASONS"
document referred to above.
A copy of the August 19th
2022 agreement between myself and Radius Housing,
which I entered into October 13th 2022, has been
placed at the www location immediately below,
together with information relating to the entirely
unexpected payments out of my bank account that followed, totalling
£18,147.10,
which
formed no part of the written August 19th 2022 agreement I
entered into; and, which I felt forced to go along with
under the unrelenting threats of eviction I was
receiving at the time: at least until such time as I
could find proper professional legal advice on the
matter:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/AppealsServiceNorthernIreland/13Jan2023/Appeal-Related-Info.htm#Agreement
3) I took a copy of the book titled "CRIMINALITY
IN THE IRISH COURTS", written by
Dr.
Stephen T. Manning, and published in July2020, to the
TAS oral hearing I attended on July 28th
2023 and showed it to all those present at the hearing: in
the hope that those people making decisions relating to my
two appeals (referred to above), might avail themselves of copies of this book,
and to take careful note of its contents.
Part of the contents of this book reads as follows:
"In
absolute frustration at the sheer depth and breadth of
the corruption, cronyism and criminality being foisted
on the Irish public with brass-necked impunity by a
hierarchy of hypocrites; a cabal of connected insiders,
schemers, fraudsters and grovelling lackeys; by legal
tricksters, pompous and deceitful who, in their wretched
scramble for 'worldly success' have abandoned all but
the hollow pretence of morality, and who have cravenly
prostituted themselves, most royally, for their own
personal slice of the poisonous, State-sponsored pie;
where 'anything goes' as long as there is profit and
reward in it despite the damage and distress being
caused to trusting, innocent others; and in light of the
now-indisputable fact that the whole ridiculous 'truth
and justice' carnival in Ireland is no more than an
elaborate scam and a pretence - a sordid insider's joke
- whereby career liars and moral deviants hijack the
mechanisms of justice, the levers of political power and
the apparatus of the State so as to serve an
overarching, repugnant agenda; to foster and protect an
extraordinarily corrupt status quo whilst suppressing
the truth and controlling the narrative so as to
continue to mislead and deceive all objective
observers."
(Copied from Amazon's Web Site.)
I further pointed out, at the oral hearing, that the
only reason I came to Northern Ireland
in July 2015 was because that was the only way I
felt I could, at very short notice, avoid being corruptly criminalised
in connection with a false claim
that I had assaulted a member of An Garda Siochana (the
Republic of Ireland Police Force). I had hoped I would
find proper legal representation here in Northern
Ireland which would enable me to be able to safely
return to the Republic of Ireland, within a matter of
some weeks. Now, well over 8 years later, I still have not managed
to find a single lawyer willing to take on my case:
despite multiple requests, throughout the past 8 years
and three months or so in question, for proper legal
assistance from the
Northern Ireland Law Society, the Belfast Law Centre,
and several Northern Ireland law firms.
Further important "hard evidence" (as I see
it), can be viewed in a video report connected with a
recent Four Courts (Dublin) hearing involving "wrongdoings" which are
still being committed at the hands of
"individuals and public officials and bodies" in
the Republic of Ireland (and elsewhere) as I see the overall situation, and which, based on my own
extensive, independent experiences of such matters over
the past 25 years or so,
I
-- in a very sad and
worrying way for the future wellbeing of "Humanity As A
Whole" --
believe contains a number of
uncomfortably strong elements of truth.
The video I refer to forms part of a FACEBOOK post of mine dated
October
12th 2023, titled

POCKETS OF THE BANKS",

Dr. Michael McCavert GP, relating to
"wrongdoings at the hands of individuals and public
officials and bodies" made in his "To Whom It
May Concern" letter dated 28 October
2005

=== === ===
Finally, I wish to make it completely clear that if
Radius Housing are unwilling to grant me the concession
I have requested above regarding my car, I will make arrangements to have
it removed from the Radius car park without undue delay,
following the October 28th 2023 deadline you have set out in your
October 6th 2023 letter to me: on the
understanding that I will be informed, in a timely
manner, in writing, if Radius
Housing have decided to refuse my request for the
above-mentioned concession.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
