Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I have tried visiting you at home a few times but seem to have missed you every week. The reason for my visits have been that I would have like to have spoken with you face to face. Unfortunately the Welcome Organisation would not be in a position to offer you legal advice, we offer a more practical hands on type of support to try and help people remain in their tenancy.

I can see from the emails that I have been linked in on that you have already explored many avenues in regards to legal advice, I wish we could help but that is definitely not in our remit.

I would still like the opportunity to visit with you and sit down and see if there is a way that we can support you in a practical way. I plan to call again on Monday and hopefully will be more successful at getting to meet you.
