Dear Colin,
Re: Floating Support
Thank you for your email of October 14th 2021, an unedited copy of which
has been placed at the following www location:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/WelcomeOrganisation/14October2021/Gmail.pdf
Please know that, for a number of reasons, I feel I cannot sensibly meet
up with you at the present time
for the face-to-face type of meeting you seek, and that this is mostly due to
the fact that, despite my best efforts, I still do not have any access to professional legal
advice and representation of the kind which recognises and supports
human rights law in meaningful, practical ways. One of the other reasons relates to the
fact that, despite my best efforts, I am still not receiving any proper medical treatment for the
Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I continue to suffer from, and
which I was first diagnosed as having by Dr Michael McCavert GP in October 2005.
However, my search for professional legal advice and representation of
the kind I feel I need is ongoing. Assuming I succeed in finding it, and that it seems appropriate to do so at the time, I will contact you
again for the purpose of arranging the kind of face-to-face meeting you
have requested.
Finally, I have only very recently noticed that I accidentally forgot to
include you in the "Cc:" recipient list of an email I sent on October 4th 2021
to (among others) a number of senior politicians and lawyers, which
included Republic of Ireland Chief Justice Frank Clarke. The email was titled
"Conor MacGuill v Mark Kavanagh, Finbar Markey, William Finnerty
and Facebook".
A signed printout of the email in
question was also sent through the registered post to Chief Justice
Frank Clarke on October 4th 2021 and a scanned copy of it can be viewed
at:
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ChiefJusticeFrankClarke/4October2021-RL/RegisteredLetter.htm
From my viewpoint there are also a number of other important parts to the overall set of
difficulties I now need to deal with, apart from the eviction threat,
and the fact that I have never received any proper medical treatment for
the Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I continue to suffer from. Assuming you have the time
and the inclination to
familiarise yourself with the information at the www
location immediately above, my hope is it will enable you to better
understand why I feel I need to deal with the overall set of problems in
question in a holistic way, and why I also feel I can only do so with the help of professional legal
advice and representation of the kind which recognises and supports
human rights law in meaningful and practical ways.
Yours sincerely,
William Finnerty.
